The Internet of Things (IoT) technology enables all electronic devices and appliances in your home to connect to a central system via Wi-Fi or LTE networks, which you can control remotely using your smartphone or laptop.
With a smart lighting system, you can automatically turn all the lights in your home on or off from anywhere, set schedules, and even adjust the brightness and color of the lighting to suit your preferences.
Controls and adjusts lighting based on ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure
Regulates natural light intensity
Analyzes room volume
Matches room volume with luminous flux for optimal lighting performance
This unlimited amount of data serves as the foundation for analyzing and adjusting lighting functions according to prevailing conditions. This information can be used not only to enhance user comfort and safety but also to optimize energy consumption.
A smart light typically consists of an LED module, a microprocessor, a constant current (CC) LED driver, one or more transmitters and receivers (such as Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, or Bluetooth), and sensors that can either be integrated within the lamp or installed externally. The driver regulates the current supplied to the LED while also providing power to the transmitter, receiver, microprocessor, and other output devices.
The driver receives pulse-width modulation (PWM) signals or other digital signals from the microprocessor to control dimming and switching of the LEDs on or off. These digital signals are based on events and instructions communicated through a wireless network, via a smartphone, hub, or cloud-based wireless network. The microprocessor also adjusts the LED light output according to inputs received from the connected sensors.
Established in 1999 by Ali Mirfakharai, Miran Noorgostar is a leading supplier of lighting and explosion-proof equipment, partnering with top European manufacturers to serve key industrial projects
